The property manager
08:00, forty unread repair emails and a contractor who has gone silent.
Walks in to every case already read, with a decided next step and the replies drafted.
For UK letting agencies
Every repair always has a next step, so nobody is ignored, caught out or surprised.
Every repair case read, decided and drafted. Your team approves. Nothing sends without you.
Nothing is sent or spent without a human until trust is earned. RepairDraft drafts and recommends. A person approves. In this prototype, approving records the decision; no message is sent and no money is spent.

Walks in to every case already read, with a decided next step and the replies drafted.
Finds out about a £900 boiler bill after the work is done.
Gets one clear question with the price, drafted for approval before any work is agreed.
A small child, mould spreading behind the cot, and a third email with no reply.
Damp and mould are flagged as urgent, and a reply saying what happens next is drafted straight away.
RepairDraft was built in one day at a hackathon. It reads cases and drafts replies; the drafts are not sent. Email intake and landlord approval on Telegram run partly as a dry run.
The code is open source, so you can see exactly what it does.
Messages are read into the prototype and replies are drafted, not sent. For anything urgent or unsafe, contact your letting agent or landlord directly.
